Tucson Amateur Packet Radio - This is the group that basically started Packet Radio in the amateur radio community. They have an APRS/GPS section that you should find as an excellent resource.

A Very Questionable Page Indeed! - Yep, that is the site name. There are excellent tutorials on setting up Kantronics TNCs for various tasks (digipeaters, trackers).

KD4RDB APRS Page - This page is focused on the use of WinAPRS, however it has lots of good information.
