Download the zip file and unzip it anywhere on your computer (an empty directory/folder makes removal of the install files easier). Double click on SETUP.EXE, and the program and it's associated files will be installed in the folder c:/program files/countdown. If you wish to select another folder for installation, you can do that during the setup procedure. The program will then appear on your Start Menu in Windows.

If you have downloaded any version of the full installation (above) with a version number of 1.0.0 or later, then you can simply download this "Lite" file. It contains only the executable program. Unzip it, and copy or move it to your CountDown folder and you have updated to this version. See notes in VB Runtime Files for explanations.
