Windows XP Window Display Problem

It appears that the title bar of Windows XP (in the Luna interface) is slightly thicker than the title bar in the classic interface.

Because of this, when any of my programs screens open they may truncate the bottom edge of the window as they automatically size to preset dimensions. You can "fix" this problem by setting your interface to Classic style. To do so:

  1. Right Click on the Desktop
  2. Click on Properties
  3. Select the Appearance Tab of the properties dialog box.
  4. Click the down arrow on the Windows and Buttons selection box and select "Windows Classic Style".

I know this is lame, but currently it's the only solution.

On my system the screens are only slightly truncated so you may be able to live in the Luna Interface with this limitation.

I will be exploring ways to fix this problem so that the screens display in any interface. If the only resolution is to reset all of the Windows sizes, I'll probably do that. However it will take some time to work through all of my programs.
